This release fixes an issue raised where (in rare cases) if the secret portion of a URI was in UPPER CASE (otpauth://totp/TEST?secret=ZVMDU4NOTXEJGGET), the Base32 decode routine would ignore the secret data and create bogus codes. All secret strings are now forced to lower case (both in the parse routine of the barcode reader form AND in the Base32 code).
This is a drop-in replacement for the previous version.
REMEMBER TO GRAB THE TWIT88 MESSENGER TOOLKIT DLL FROM THEIR WEBSITE IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE USING THE PROGRAM! That DLL is required, but I don't have the legal right to host it here.
